Garçon Brasserie Thessaloniki
Greece is one of the most famous holiday destinations in Europe. In collaboration with our client we wanted to contribute to this status in a meaningful way. Using the proposed idea of a high-end restaurant from our client, we put together a financing, building and marketing plan to fulfill the client’s vision. The restaurant was opened successfully and sold by our client 3 years after opening.
Vino Budimir
Vino Budimir is made for wine lovers. As a brand born in Serbia we wanted to find an impactful way to plan and launch this wine into the market. We focused on aiding the winery team and marketing team by ensuring the correct financing and launching plan was in place.
Real Estate Projects
After the real estate collapse in Spain, there was an opportunity for projects to be done with less capital. In collaboration with our clients and partners we found a historic building to renovate to purposefully contribute to the town of Manresa.
In Valencia we opted to build a new multi-family housing development of apartments. Our team was responsible for the sourcing, financing and organization of the project.
